Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, send a written communication to support@worthune.com that includes all of the following:

• Your full name and contact details (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or specific location on the Worthune platform where the infringing material appears
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@worthune.com that includes:

• Your full name and contact details
• Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Worthune reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing material pending investigation. We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
